In this capacity, Captain Dill ensures inmates receive adequate medical and mental health treatment; relevant educational, religious, and rehabilitation services as well as assuring nutritious meals are being served. Overseeing the facility’s maintenance, cleanliness and operation of the kitchen are also in his purview.  A member of the Alabama Jail Association, Captain Dill has completed training through the Alabama Jail Training Academy (ACCA). Professionalism and integrity define the persona of Captain James Dill.
