The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has one deputy assigned to its School Involvement Unit. This deputy works in public schools, in Montgomery County, to promote safety and respond to criminal activity. The deputy works closely with the school faculty to insure the safety of the students and the school's staff. Currently, Corporal Isaac Forbes, School Involvement Deputy, works at Georgia Washington and Dunbar Ramer Schools. Through this School Involvement, we can teach them what to do if someone attempts to make them a victim. We are also committed to training and educating our youth and children by providing them information to combat peer pressure and other factors that may cause them to make poor decisions.
