EXPLORER POST 2590 ADVISORS

 

	Deputy A. Lawton has been with the Sheriff’s Office since 2009 and he is currently assigned to 2nd shift Patrol. In 2008, he graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.  He then went on to complete the Montgomery Police Academy in 2009 service as the class Vice President.
	Corporal I. Forbes, Jr. has been with the Sheriff's Office since 1998. He has worked in the Patrol Division and he is currently working in the administration division. In that division his primary duties are School and Community Relations.

	Corporal K. Anderson began his law enforcement career in 1997 and was hired by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on May 1, 2000. On October 19, 2001, he successfully completed an 80 hour instructor Course for DRUG ABUSE RESISTANCE EDUCATION (D.A.R.E.), which allows him to teach decision making skills to students. Cpl. Anderson has worked in The Patrol Division, Administration Division (Community and School Relations) and is currently assigned to the Legal/Civil Services Division.
NO PICTURE AVAILABLE	Deputy D. Ferguson has been with the Sheriff’s Office since 2007. He began his assignment in the Patrol Division working 2nd shift Patrol. Throughout his assignments Deputy Ferguson has also worked 3rdshift Patrol and in Crime Scene Investigation. Currently, he is assigned to the Legal/Civil Services Division working in Court Security.  In 2006, he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.  While attending Troy University, he interned with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
