Probate Deputies are responsible for securing and transporting individuals on court orders from Probate Court. These orders may be to transport an individual from one mental health facility to another in Montgomery or they could be transported to a mental health facility outside the Montgomery area. Some of the orders require us to secure an individual at their residence and transport them to a local mental health facility. Probate transport is also responsible for transporting individuals from mental health facilities to Probate Court for their hearings. Probate transport handles approximately one hundred and thirty of these transports per month. |
