Warrants

The Warrant Office processes approximately five hundred arrest warrants per month, as well as being responsible for services of these warrants. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, in the year 2006, served eight thousand, five hundred  and seventy-eight warrants and have a total of eight thousand, three hundred  and sixty-five active warrants on file.
